Something that we share a love of at pebble&co is paper, textured paper, smooth paper, coloured paper, trace paper, industrial paper, paper that’s pretending to be fabric… The list goes on.

So you can imagine our immense delight when last year the Saatchi Gallery had an exhibit on… paper.

The work varied from large scale panoramic scapes to the smallest most intricate displays stuffed into something the size of a Mulberry carrier bag, very much showing that a simple every day material we probably play little head to can be transformed into a work of art. If you didn’t make it, here’s a snapshot of what you missed and a few of our favourite pieces:
