January 26^th is always a day that makes me a little homesick for my native Australia – a day where friends and family are enjoying a game of beach cricket and barbecue by the pool, as we immerse ourselves in layer after layer of cashmere and prepare to trudge home through the rain or snow in the bleak darkness.
