For me, packing my beach bag is the most exciting part about going on holiday (aside from getting there, of course). I keep it minimal, so I only take essentials: bikini, sunglasses, lip balm, kindle and SPF.

Marysia Swim is my favourite swimwear brand at the moment; their Mott Bikini in Sand colour in particular with high a neck and scalloped edges is gorgeous. My tortoise shell George Arthur sunglasses from Taylor Morris come with me everywhere, as does my Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream, which I use on my lips constantly as it tends to get quite dry in the heat.

SPF is also an essential item in my beach bag and Korres’ Yoghurt Sunscreen is great – its free from silicones, parabens and blended with organic aloe extract, keeping you cool and feeling refreshed in the sunshine.
